A favorite Nashville breakfast/lunch spot, Le Peep, is set to open a Franklin location.
A sign was placed on the building at 1110 Hillsboro Road next to Miss Daisy’s Kitchen.
Standouts on the menu include the Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Roll, and Breakfast Banana Spilt, made of bananas, strawberries, blueberries, granola, and Greek yogurt, topped with agave and almonds.
There is also a selection of pancakes, waffles, and french toast. Hardier options include the Le Skillet served in a mini iron skillet. The Mega Bowl Skillet consists of potatoes, ham, sausage, and bacon with sauteed bell pepper, mushrooms, and cheese. It is topped with eggs, sour cream, tomato, and green onions.
A representative from Le Peep shared with us that they are currently completing all of their permits with the City of Franklin before they can open them to the public. They hope to be open in the next couple of months.
Hours of operation for the location is expected to be 7 am – 2 pm daily. Those interested in employment should apply by sending an email to [email protected].
