A new pizza joint called Pinky Ring Pizza is officially open at 414 Gallatin Pike South in Madison.

It offers New York inspired pizza. From a cheese pizza to Porchetta, a pizza topped with Gifford’s bacon, red sauce, smoked provolone topped with a balsamic glaze.

Don Herandez, a restaurant veteran in the area (with previous jobs at The Patterson House, 21C Museum Hotel and The Hart), opened Pinky Ring, reports The Nashville Scene.  He shared with The Scene he wants Pinky Ring to be a hub for the Madison community, a place for people to hang out and grab a slice of pizza.

In addition to pizza on the menu, they offer a variety of ciders, seltzer, beer and non-alcoholic beers along with a variety of soda options.

Find a slice six days a week, Tuesday – Saturday, 11 am – 8 pm, and Sunday noon- 5 pm. For the latest updates follow them here.
