A man has been arrested after a drug distribution investigation in Nashville.

A months-long investigation into narcotics distribution by convicted drug felon Jarquias Greer led to the seizure of 940 suspected fentanyl pills, 126 grams of fentanyl powder, 56 grams of fentanyl-laced meth, 1 ½ pounds of marijuana, and an AR pistol loaded with 25 rounds.

Also found at Greer’s 2111-A Burns Street residence were items for packaging narcotics, along with $1,719 cash.

Greer, who was given a four-year probated sentence in February of this year for felony heroin possession and evading arrest convictions, was taken into custody at the home and is now facing multiple felony drug and gun charges. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $145,000.

This investigation was led by detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division, with assistance from the East Precinct’s Community Field Intelligence Team.
