Obituary for Tommy Parris

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tommy Parris, who departed this life on January 15, 2026, at the age of 97. He was born on August 13, 1928.

Tommy was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mildred Ann Parris, and his parents, Jim Parris and Ella Thomas Parris.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Tommy Parris (Kristy), Linda Gail Parris, and Karean (Lin) Parris; along with a host of beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Tommy was a skilled electrician by trade and took great pride in his work. He also proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War, a commitment that reflected his deep sense of duty and patriotism.

Above all, Tommy’s greatest joy was spending time with his family. He especially enjoyed boxing, football, and watching his son play sports. His love, strength, and devotion to family will be remembered always.
