Thomas Edward Blackwell, age 76, of Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025.
Thomas was born on Sunday, May 29, 1949, in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, and is preceded in death by his parents, Rayburn and Reba Powers Blackwell.
A retired Respiratory Therapist, he is survived by his wife, Clorinda Blackwell.
