Tammy Lynn Flatt passed away on Friday, February 21st, 2025 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center surrounded by her Sister and Nephews.
She was born on March 9th, 1972 in Ft. Knox, KY to the late Henry Delton and Barbara Jean (Henley) Flatt.
She is survived by her Sister Mechelle Ann Williams and partner Kelly of Cookeville, TN. Nephews Joshua Lin Delton Williams and wife Megan of Sparta, TN, Jonathan Lee Williams and wife Jacqueline of Hilham, TN and beloved Great Nieces Elizabeth Jane “Fred” Williams and Mechenzie Jo “Bug” Williams of Sparta, TN as well as several Aunts and Uncles.
Tammy was lovingly known as “Sissy” to her Nephews and Great Nieces she was more than an Aunt to them she loved them as she would have loved her own children and grandchildren. She will be missed greatly.
