Sue Taylor Underwood, 70, of Nashville TN went to be with the Lord Friday, July 1st, 2022 at AHC Clarksville.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William Taylor Underwood and Elizabeth Jennette Byrom Underwood, and sister Mary Jennette Underwood. She is survived by many cousins, godchildren, several wonderful friends, and her dog Koko. Sue was a Nashville native, born October 5th, 1951. She graduated from Hume-Fogg High School. She then went on to work as a 911 dispatcher for Metro Nashville Police Department and retired after 29 years. Shortly after her retirement, she went to work as an operator at Baptist Hospital for 12 years.
Sue enjoyed watching old western movies, listening to Elvis Presley, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and spending time on Facebook. She was witty, full of life, and always had a smile on her face- she will forever be missed by many.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 9th from 12 noon until the time of the Memorial Service at 2 pm.
