Sue Carroll Hudson Wood age 85 of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.
A long-time member of West End Church of Christ and a devout Christian, she loved the Lord and cherished her family. Sue worked in the property management industry for over forty years as the Manager for the Jeannie Apartments.
She was preceded in death by her husband, B K Wood, father, John Henry Hudson, mother, Bethel Hudson, and brother, Jerry Hudson. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanee (David) Baird, daughter, Lisha W Orman, grandchildren: Taylor Hall, Nathan Hall and Joshua Orman, sister, Peggy (Royce) Haliburton, brother, Billy (Frances) Hudson, sister, Judy (Dennis) Hackett, sister, Lene (Tommy) Mckinney, sister, Keitha (Jim) Webb and numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and Monday, August 30, 2021, from 12:30 PM -2:30 PM. A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, August 30, 2021, from 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM with grandsons Nathan Hall and Joshua Orman officiating. Services will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, burial to follow. Pallbearers will include David Baird, Nathan Hall, Joshua Orman, Jerry Orman, Jeff Hudson, Jamie Hudson. Honorary Pallbearer Taylor Hall.
