Shawn Ann Hodge, 58, Of Oak Grove, KY, passed away February 3, 2025.
Shawn was a Telemetry Technician for over 25 years, the last 11 spent at Centennial Medical Center. She was an amazing Army wife, taking care of everything when Adam was on deployment, which was frequent. She was also a proud Air Force mom. She will be remembered as a loving, accepting, and God-fearing woman. She is already deeply missed by her family.
She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Jones; Sister, Candy Sinnwell; And beloved dog, Haley.
Shawn is survived by her husband, Adam Hodge; Children, Juniper Hodge (Fayth), Kylie Hodge (Ambrose), Tess Hodge (Cailyn); Grandchildren, Desmond Hodge, Evangeline Hodge, and Xaviel Hodge; Mother, Barbara Jones; Brother, Jack Burns (Donna); Dog, Mr. White; And 6 cats.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 17, 2025, at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216, from 12pm until Shawn’s celebration of life at 2pm.
