Sallie L. Sawyer, born on August 25, 1946, in Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on November 18, 2025, at the age of 79.
Sallie graduated from Cathedral High School. She later retired from Metro, concluding a career that was marked by hard work and commitment.
On August 25, 1972, Sallie married Harold Sawyer in Nashville, Tennessee. Harold survives her in death, cherishing the many years they spent together.
Sallie was a talented seamstress who loved quilting. She found joy in spending time with her friends in her quilting club, where her presence and creativity will be dearly missed.
Sallie’s husband, quilting friends, along with all who knew her, will miss her greatly. Her legacy of love and craftsmanship will be remembered fondly by those whose lives she touched.
