Roy Cunningham left this life on July 16, 2021, after an extended illness. He was 73 years old. During his last days, Roy was surrounded by a host of loving friends and family.
He will be remembered as an unusual and amazing human being – eccentric, intelligent, opinionated, a storyteller, a collector and so much more. Most importantly, he was a loving, caring, and devoted husband to his wife, Ruth, who passed away in 2018. Roy was also predeceased by his parents, Huel E. and Martha Lillian Cunningham.
He is survived by many devoted friends and family members. Visitation will be from 4-6 PM with a Celebration of Life beginning at 6 PM on Friday, July 23, 2021 at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN.
