His family extends their special thanks to the medical staff at Vanderbilt Medical ICU.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Vanderbilt University Gridiron Club, OCCC ministries, including Made in the Streets or Living Waters, or a charity of choice.

Family will receive friends on August 4, 2023, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Otter Creek Church of Christ followed by a Celebration of Life Service. Private burial will be at Oxford Cemetery in Minor Hill, TN.
