Rita Boulton Sorrow – Age 83 of Nashville, TN. March 31, 2026. Preceded in death by husband, John Sorrow, Sr.; grandsons, Christian Burgins, Adam Sorrow and Christopher Sorrow; granddaughters, Jennifer Fields and Amanda Thomason; parents, John and Lucille Boulton; sister, Nancy Cantrell; and brother, Johnny Boulton.
Survived by daughter, Julia (Ryan) Dozier; sons, Jay (Tina) Sorrow and Lee (Heather) Sorrow; stepchildren, Theresa McGee, Brenda Thomason, Danny (Robin) Sorrow and Karen Harris; 22 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Steve Durham on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
