Richard “Dick” Bailey, age 67, of Nashville, TN passed away unexpectedly on November 9, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlton and Eunice Gilliland Bailey and his first wife, Tammy Bailey.
Dick was born in Hibbing, MN on February 14, 1957. He graduated from Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to work as a Chemical Engineer.
He enjoyed reading and listening to music. Dick loved traveling, and felt fortunate to visit many countries around the world. He especially enjoyed their trips to the Great Smoky Mountains.
He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Bailey; daughter, Courtney (Louis) Irwin; grandchildren, Layla Irwin and Anya Irwin; brother, Mike (Linda) Bailey.
Dick was known for his generosity by everyone who knew him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
