Renata Jean Woolbright, age 69, of Madison, passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at Skyline Medical Center.
Ms. Woolbright was born December 25, 1954, in Merced, CA to Frank Baldwin Hooper and Lettie Lusky Hooper.
She was a cashier with Kroger grocery stores most of her life and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
Ms. Woolbright was preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Kaylor; her father, Frank Baldwin Hooper; and her step-father, William Bryan.
She is survived by her mother, Lettie Bryan; grandson, Darean Parrish; 2 great-grandchildren, Lilly Parrish, and Gideon Redwine; step-brothers, Raymond Eugene “Ray” Bryan, William Edward “Eddie” Bryan, and Troy Wayne Bryan; and a step-sister, Teresa Bryan.
Ms. Woolbright’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Greenbrier with Dr. Bill Palmiter officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, that memorial donations be made in her honor to the charity or church of the donor’s choice.
