Randall “Randy” Chapman, “The Mayor of Rayon City”, age 62, passed away March 26, 2025. Preceded in death by his mother, Oma McClean, and his nephew, Josh Chapman.
Survived by his wife of 40 years, Sissy; children, Ashley Chapman and Dillon Chapman; grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jalynnah, Evalyn, and Ricardo Chapman; father, Rudy Chapman; brothers, Steve Chapman and Bobby Cason; niece, Deana Simpkins; nephews, Scotty Simpkins and Tyler Chapman.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home Thursday, April 3rd from 12pm until the time of service at 2pm in our chapel.
In lieu of flowers please make donations toward Randy’s funeral service care of Dr. Ray Elder.
