Pearline Inez Mixon-Neuble, was born on July 3, 1933 in Smith County of Gordonsville, Tennessee. She was born to the late Jennie Marie and Horace Mixon.

She was preceded in death by parents, 4 sisters, Louise Simpson, Florence Winston, Mattie Cohen, and Lorene Mixon; 2 brothers James Mixon, and Lawrence “Duck” Mixon.

Pearline was educated in Gordonsville Tennessee school systems.

On February 18, 1958 she married the late Ewing Edward Neuble. Two sons preceded her in death, Marshall Mixon and Randy Neuble. Pearline gave her life to Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member at Watson Grove Missionary Baptist Church for over 40 years under the leadership of the late Rev. C. W. Goodwin, Sr. and Rev. Dr. John R. Faison, Sr.; she enjoyed spending time at church but, due to health issues, she watched her church
services online.

Pearline was employed at Vanderbilt University Medical Center for many years. Pearline was affectionately known as “Lil Mama.” She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt; she loved her family deeply. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She kept up with the latest fashions and enjoyed dressing up and looking pretty. She enjoyed cooking – this was her greatest passion. Before becoming ill, Pearline enjoyed gardening. Every holiday, Pearline would decorate, so that visitors could admire what she created. Pearline also enjoyed watching the Food Network station, Country Music Television (CMT), and watching on TV her favorite NFL team (the Tennessee Titans) and she loved gospel music.

God peacefully transitioned Pearline from this earthly life while at home on Friday, November 10, 2023, at the age of 90. She left several individuals to carry on her legacy and cherish her memories.

She leaves one son, Rickey Neuble and five daughters, Mary Foster (Carl Foster, Sr., deceased), Carol “Annette” Lewis (Reginald Lewis, Sr., deceased), Louise “Evette” Neuble-Efejuku, Leslie “Lisa” Neuble Smith and Letitica “Tica” Neuble Pinkney (Glenn Pinkney); Grandchildren- Ricky, Carletta “Dee” (Anthony, Sr.), Carl, Jr., ReSheena, Reginald, Jr., Quincy and David, Jr., Gabrielle Smith; Great Grandchildren Sydnei, London, Anthony Jr., Travis Jr., Aiden, Ace, Rayden,, Ra and Pharaoh. One sister Frances Bailey( Kenneth Bailey-deceased) of Watertown, TN. Other special individuals Martha Ann Dobbins, Sherie Clark, Stanley Kinnard, J.L. Webster-deceased, Thelma Lewis (as they called each other, Sister Girlfriends), and a host of other devoted family and friends.
