Pamela Hobbs Wood age 80 of Whites Creek, TN passed away peacefully on December 28th, 2025. She was born in Nashville, TN on March 15th,1945 and spent her life as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished friend.
Pam was an educator and mentor who dedicated her life to shaping young minds while inspiring a love for learning. She spent over 30 years teaching high school in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System, and was admired for her unwavering commitment to her students. She enjoyed traveling, wintering in Florida, boating, and spending time with her grandchildren during the summer.
Pam is survived by her husband, James Wood; her two children, Jennifer Marcotte (Mike) and Scott Mundy; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be Saturday January 10th, from 10AM until the hour of Funeral Mass at 11AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. https://www.andersonandgarrett.com
