Napoleon “Nate” Dudley- Age 81, passed on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at his residence in Lafeyette, TN, with his wife of 19 years by his side.
Nate was born in Birmingham, Alabama on April 7, 1943, to the late Willie Sr., and Annie (Pelt) Dudley. Nate was employed by Pontiac Foundry for 18 years in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren, wife, and their dog “Allison”.
As mentioned above, he is survived by his wife of 19 years, Maureen (Woehnker) Dudley; his children, Kiyron Curry, of Kokomo, Indiana; Andrew Dudley, Nicole Elise and Marissa Sicard, all of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and 9 grandchildren; also, his brother, Willie (Diane) Dudley; sisters, Helen (Robert) Epps, Bertha Cele; Annie Brook, and Carolyn Dudley.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ed Dudley, Oscar Webb, and Oliver “Mack” Dudley, and sister Mary Etta Dudley.
The first celebration of life will be held in Fort Wayne at Grace Summit Church located at 5903 East Dupont Road at 12PM, on Friday, September 27, 2024.
A second memorial service will be held in Lafayette at Bethel Worship Center located at 101 Church Street at 10AM, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Worship Center, of Lafayette, TN or High Pointe Hospice, of Gallatin, TN.
