Nancy Cochrane, age 89 of Nashville, TN, passed away on February 11, 2022.
Nancy was born in Stewart County, TN on June 8, 1932.
She attended David Lipscomb High School and College. She worked as a church secretary, business manager for South Central Bell, and a systems trainer for AT&T.
Nancy was married to Jack Cochrane for 53 years. For their entire marriage, they lived, worked, and attended church in Nashville. Nancy’s passions included keeping her grandchildren, attending their sporting events, cooking, crocheting, and tending her garden. She deeply loved her Lord, her family and was an amazing grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Jack, and by her second husband, Billie Williams. She is survived by 2 children, Mike Cochrane (Rita) and Linda Bates, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandsons.
Visitation will be Monday, February 14, 2022, from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Church of Christ in Green Hills, 3805 Granny White Pike, Nashville, TN 37204. Graveside services will be conducted Monday, February 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will serve as Pallbearers. Memorial contributions may be made to the African Christian Schools Foundation, P.O. Box 41120, Nashville, TN 37204.
