Michael Lane Furness, Sr, 64, of Portland, TN, passed away July 21, 2026. He was a talented artist, loved watching racing, working on cars and taking his grandchildren fishing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Furness, father, John Furness; mother, Greta Krantz; brothers, Hardy Krantz and Andy Furness.
He is survived by his sons, Chris (Adrianne) and Michael Furness, Jr; daughter, Tonya Furness; grandchildren, Collin, Cameron, Brylee, River, Emma, Jaxon, Kendell, Kolby; great-grandchild, Caprice; brothers, Kevin and Tony Furness.
Visitation will be Held Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 12:00 pm until time of the memorial service at 2:00 pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home.
