In loving memory of Mesfin Tadesse Debella

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear father, husband, grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend, Mesfin Tadesse Debella, who left us on December 8, 2025, at the age of 75.

Mesfin was born in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, on June 19, 1950. He was a deeply caring and loving man who made countless sacrifices for his family: his wife Meaza Gugsa Donsa, and his children, Yonas, Kaleab, Yonatan, and Nardos, whom he affectionately called “my princes” and “my princess.”

He was the son of Tadesse Debella and Bogalech Beyene, and beloved brother of Shiteye, Tsehay, and Wellansa Tadesse.

Mesfin was a gentle, generous, and trustworthy soul; someone you could depend on for anything. His kindness touched everyone who knew him, and his quiet strength was a source of comfort and guidance. He lived his life with humility, compassion, and unwavering love for his family. We will miss him very, very deeply, and his memory will continue to inspire us for the rest of our lives.
