Megan embraced life with open arms – from tinkering with cars to creating magic in the kitchen, she filled our days with passion and laughter. On June 1st, 2025, in Tifton, GA, we said goodbye to this extraordinary woman, but her spirit lives on in the memories we share.

Born in Nashville, TN, Megan was our tomboy who thrived in the great outdoors. Megan cherished the simple joys of life. We remember countless days simply enjoying a bonfire under the stars surrounded by friends and family. Her infectious sense of humor and fun-loving spirit never failed to lift the hearts of those around her.

An ardent lover of the outdoors, she could often be found mudbogging or fishing, embracing the beauty of nature with a childlike wonder. Her love for animals knew no bounds; she adored all creatures and cherished every moment spent with them.

A creative soul, Megan was gifted with her hands. At just seven years old, she decided to learn the drums, and with her mother’s support, she dove headfirst. Her love for music encompassed everything from country and rock to metal and rap. Her artistic talents extended to painting, drawing, and crafting, leaving behind cherished works that reflect her vibrant spirit.

Her empathetic and generous spirit was a constant source of comfort and inspiration. She was always ready with a helping hand or a kind word, embodying the true spirit of kindness. Her hands were always busy crafting something beautiful or fixing what was broken; whether she was repairing automobiles or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, Megan’s creativity knew no bounds.

She shared her culinary delights with friends and family, bringing people together over meals made with love. As we reflect on Megan’s life, we hold tight to the laughter she sparked, the adventures we shared, and the love she gave so freely.

She was a generous soul who was a hard worker, and although she is no longer with us, she will forever remain in our hearts. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond and Joyce Hunley, and niece, Ke’Aisa Young.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are, parents, Kim (Dexter) Reed and Chris Callis, siblings, Tabitha (Marko) Young, Ryan Reed, Zylla Callis, Alisha (Allan) Cason, Brittney Griffin, Nikki Hogan, and Michael (Jessica) Lynch, grandparents, Sue and Roger Huddleston, special connections with aunt, Candice, and nephew, Bryson, and a multitude of loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
