Megan Elizabeth Laupert, age 84, of Madison, Alabama, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. She was born on June 17, 1941, in Ashland City, Tennessee, to the late Marry Elizabeth and Johnny Clifton Merritt.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Victor Laupert; sisters Dorothy Vivrette, Ann Neaveau, and Linda Merritt; brothers Bud Merritt and Edgar Merritt; and son Kris Bristow.
Survivors include her daughter Pamela (Mike) Sparks; son Steven Miles; grandchildren Emily Sparks, Drew Sparks, Steven Miles, and Christy Miles; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside Service will be held at Cowden Cemetery on Thursday, September 4th, at 11 A.M. with Danny Hutton officiating. https://www.andersonandgarrett.com
