Martha T. Shook, 90 years old, Nashville, Tennessee passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 in the comfort of her home.
She was born to the late Frank and Ruth Taylor on June 28, 1933 in Chamblee, Georgia.
Martha was a graduate of Chamblee High School. She was a caregiver of children for over 30 years. She also worked for Gaylord Opryland Hotel for over 15 years as an Events Coordinator. Martha was also a member of Two Rivers Baptist Church and Donelson Fellowship.
Martha is survived by her children, Teresa Daughety, Brian (Roberta) Shook and Shawn (Lee Ann) Shook; 5 grandchildren, Ian Cotton, Matthew Shook, Andrea (Scott) Baptiste, Alayna (Ryan) Bledsoe and Eric Shook; along with 2 great-grandchildren, Owen Baptiste and Silas Bledsoe.
Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph David Shook and grandson, Matthew Shook.
