Marion Odell Bradshaw Jr., of Nashville, Tennessee, was born on August 24, 1963, and passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026.
He was a devoted and hardworking man who spent many years driving trucks for MAPCO and later continued his career with Averitt. He took great pride in his work and was admired for his strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication throughout his life.
Outside of work, he treasured the time he spent with Tiva, his beloved wife of 28 years. He was often found in his shop working on his Corvettes and Jeeps. He also had a green thumb and loved growing plants. He found joy in watching movies with his family and listening to music and audiobooks. Over the years, he lovingly cared for many cherished pet dogs, each of whom brought him companionship.
He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Bradshaw; his wife, Tiva Bradshaw; his stepson, James Glidwell; his parents, Marion Odell Bradshaw Sr. and Virginia Bradshaw; his father-in-law Claude Baker; his brother, Harry Bradshaw; his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Duncan (James); his nephew, Jeremy Bradshaw.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his siblings, Brenda Photivihok (Matthew, Mark, Luke) and Byron Bradshaw (Andrew Knight); his son, Marion Bradshaw III (Kristen); his stepdaughter, Brittany Glidwell; his stepson, Jonathan Glidwell (Shae); his daughter-in-law, Candace Hogue; and his grandchildren, Audriana Bradshaw, Scarlett Bradshaw, Gracee Balch, Stella Cobb, Sean Sanders, James Glidwell, Amelia Glidwell, Mason Glidwell, Cason Glidwell, and Khloe Glidwell, along with many other nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, his love of cars, plants, movies, music, and animals, and the many memories he created with the people and pets he loved. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his family and all who knew him.
Services will be held at Ellis Funeral Home on Sunday, July 26, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., located at 2627 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211.
