A loving tribute in remembrance of Marion Joyce Reed, age 63, Marion’s life ended quietly on Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
Marion was born, on February 7, 1959 in Winterport, Maine, to Patricia Reed Jobe and Ernest Porter Reed, Sr.
Marion attended Metro Nashville Public Schools. She accepted Christ in his life at an early age at Watson Grove Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her son Martin Luther Reed.
Marion leaves to cherish her memories a very devoted family: Mother Patricia and stepfather Eddy Jobe, her forever partner, Erroll “Trent” Walker, son, Michael (Tara) Reed, Brothers, Stearnes, Ernest (Trina), James, Ernest P, and Wayne Reed, Sisters, Portia Reed, Ulricka (Sam) Miller, Gloria Reed, Sheila Jobe, Linda Whitfield and Vanessa Barnes. Grandchildren, Corrita and Doresha Blakely, India Reed, Rodrecus Coleman, Tiara, Tauras, Elijah, Zena Malone, Breanna Wynn, Taylor McEwing and Martin Reed, Jr.
All of the Moore family aunts, uncles, and cousins as our family has always been a VERY close knit and were raised more like brothers and sisters.
Also, to cherish her memory, her amazing caregiver for the last 9 ½ years as she loved her just like family, Mrs. Stacey Harris, who if Marion, needed to be gotten together, Mrs. Stacey could do it. In addition to Mrs. Stacey, Ms. Denise Hubert and Ms. Ella Webster, were always there, to cover and we could not have cared for her without you guys.
