OBITUARY: Marguerite ‘Margie’ Parrish Hounihan

Marguerite “Margie” Parrish Hounihan, 68, of Nashville, passed away surrounded by her loved ones at home on August 31, 2024.

Margie was born on June 27, 1956, in Nashville to Raymond O. Parrish and Loretta “Penny” Ann Walsh Parrish.

After graduating Bellevue High School, she married Harold R. Hounihan Jr. They were blessed with three children.

Margie is survived by her husband Harold Jr.; her two children Harold III (Amanda) and Jennifer (Matt); and her four grandchildren Madalyn, Leif, Warner, and Finley. Margie also leaves behind many loving family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Penny Parrish, her son Joseph, and siblings Debbie Winter, Mike Parrish, and Vincent Parrish.
