Mrs. Loy Lee Southerland of Joelton, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 23, 2022, she was 81 years old.
She was born Monday, March 24, 1941 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Minnie Lee Cook and Lloyd Bedwell.
Mrs. Southerland graduated from Hume-Fogg Tech and was an administrative assistant with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and Hospital Corporation of America.
Mrs. Southerland is survived by her husband of 64 years. James W. Southerland; daughters, Sharon Eubanks, Donna (Anthony) Douglas, Kathy (Apollo) Vicente; sister, Helen Johnson; grandchildren, Hadlea Eubanks, Jamie Eubanks, Robert (Kimberly) Douglas, Shanna Douglas, Matt (Carey) Vicente, Alexa Vicente, Gabby (Johnny) Gomez; great-grandchild, Keyden Parker.
A visitation for Mrs. Southerland will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A celebration of life will occur Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 12:00 PM, 904 Gallatin Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37206 with Bro. Lynn Hill officiating.
Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery 5110 Gallatin Pike S, Nashville, Tennessee 37216.
Pallbearers; Anthony, Apollo, Matt, Robert, Jeff, Mark Hank, and Paul.
