Ms. Lizzie Johnson Dawes, age 72 of South Carthage, died Thursday afternoon, April 2 at Vanderbilt Wilson. She is survived by: sister, Claudine Crawford of Smithville; caregiver, Amber Smith of the Rome Community.
Ms. Dawes is at the Carthage Chapel of Sanderson Funeral home where her service will be conducted on Wednesday afternoon, April 8, at 1:00 PM. Pastor Steve Warren will officiate. Interment in the Gordonsville Cemetery.
Visitation on Wednesday only from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM.
