Linda Forshee Lainesse, of Franklin, KY, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on Wednesday, January 7th, 1948, in Goodlettsville, TN,
She is survived by her husband, Denis Lainesse; her daughter, Linda Brewster, and son-in-law, Tim, both of Franklin, KY; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Forshee, also of Franklin, KY; and her grandson, Michael Brewster. She was preceded in death by her mother, Bessie Marie Huddleston, and her son, Larry W. Forshee.
Linda dedicated many years of her life to her work as a cook at Village Inn and Keystop. Outside of work, she found joy in visiting flea markets and yard sales, always on the hunt for unique treasures and bargains.
A graveside service to honor Linda’s life will be held at Restlawn Memory Gardens in Franklin, KY, on Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 11:00 am.
Linda Forshee Lainesse will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
