Leslie Norton Glenn of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born April 8, 1950 in Tuscumbia, Alabama to the late Albert Leslie and the late Virginia Webb Clark.
She graduated from Deshler High School in Tuscumbia in 1968. Mrs. Glenn attended the University of Alabama where she was a member of Tri Delta Sorority. She received a degree in Early Childhood Education from the University in 1971 followed by graduate work. She recently retired after working as an affiliate with Zeitlin Realty in Green Hills for many years. She was a member of Glendale United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Glenn is survived by her husband Ray Glenn; sons Ben Norton (Jeannie) of Cary, North Carolina and Will Norton of Gallatin, Tennessee; grandsons Max, Elliott, and Miles Norton; step-daughter Susan Holmes (Michael) of Nashville; sister Judy Wolfe (John) of Atlanta; and cousins Bill and Hughes Webb, Ann Webb, Betty and Virginia (Brian) Bruggeman Betty.
Memorial services for Mrs. Glenn will be conducted at Glendale United Methodist Church on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 10 AM with the Rev. Steph Dodge officiating. Following the service, a reception will be at the church for family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts be made to Glendale United Methodist Church, 900 Glendale Lane, Nashville, TN 37204.
