Leslie Hubert Pomeroy – Age 84 of Nashville, TN. October 31, 2025. My dad grew up in the good ole’ days in the 60s and 70s when he was drag racing and racing motorcycles. In the 80s, he owned a cabinet shop and still played around with some hotrods. The 90s came and then he started country dancing and two-steppin where he met and married Joyce. From the 2000s to now, he retired and enjoyed life to the end.
Preceded in death by father and mother, Leslie Buford and Lena Pomeroy; wife, Joyce Pomeroy; and son, Leslie Steven Pomeroy. Survived by son, Scott (Tammy) Pomeroy; and grandson, Blake (Brittany) Pomeroy.
Funeral services will be conducted by Wendell Byrd on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. (visitation 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road. Interment Mapleview Cemetery. Family will serve as Pallbearers.
