Larae Duckworth Heil of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022, she was 73 years old.
Preceded in death by parents, Ray and Neva Duckworth, and stepmother, Esther Livesay Duckworth.
Larae graduated from John Overton High School and received her master’s degree in Speech Therapy from Memphis State University. She was a member of Crievewood Baptist Church and a retired Metro Nashville School Teacher. Larae loved her family and friends. She always enjoyed every opportunity she had sharing their love and friendship. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Survived by sons, Jonathan Heil and Christopher Heil; brothers, Joe (Sandra) Livesay, Frank (Elaine) Livesay, Mike (Melba) Duckworth, Mike (Betsy) Livesay, and Jeff (Jan) Duckworth.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road by Pastor Ray Miller. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
