Kenneth Isaiah Thomas III, born on August 27, 2005, in Nashville, TN, was called home to God on March 20, 2024, in Antioch, TN, at the age of 18.

Ken, also known as “Special K” and “Bubba,” was a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend to all who knew him. His presence, smile and the laughter that he inspired will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He was the first child of Ken Thomas Jr. and Amber Thomas. He was a child that brought happiness to everyone. He was funny and loving in his childhood. These qualities would define him for the rest of his life.

He had a fascination for airplanes and watching the Christmas tree lights twinkle and sparkle captivated him for hours. His Mother and Father doted on him and helped him develop his love for others through their care and love. He loved gardening with his grandfather and building things. He spent many hours at the side of his grandmother as well and they traveled to the many sites of Nashville. He was thrilled when he learned that he had 3 male cousins who were boys that he could play with. His childhood also saw him become the older brother that he always wanted to be.

As a teenager, he found his niche as an artist and friend. He attended Lighthouse Christian School and The Academy at Hickory Hollow where he graduated from high school. Kenneth was enrolled at Nashville State Community College where he worked toward a degree to become a Medical Assistant. He worshipped at Music City Church and enjoyed hobbies such as music, gaming, creating art, and hanging out with family and friends.
