Kenneth G. Carr, age 75, passed away on April 29, 2026, at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born on August 6, 1950, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kenneth was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent 31 years working for Baird-Ward Printing Company in Nashville. He attended Central High School and later graduated from Hume-Fogg High School. Kenneth was a devoted husband and was happily married for 49 years.
He found joy in life’s simple pleasures and was an avid NASCAR fan and a follower of country music. Above all, Kenneth cherished his role as a father and husband, always placing his family at the center of his life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Vickie L. Carr; his son, Joshua B. Carr; his sisters, Barbara C. Smith and Ruthie Bane; as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey G. Carr; his mother, Beatrice A. Carr; and his brother, William C. Carr.
Kenneth will be remembered for his dedication, love for his family, and the lasting impact he made on those who knew him.
