Mrs. Julie Marie Jurkovich Keith passed away on Monday, August 1, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, she was 58 years old.
Born in Columbus, Ohio on October 26, 1963, she grew up in Nashville and graduated from McGavock High School.
To all who knew her, Julie was one-of-a-kind. A character who made every gathering more lively. She had contagious energy, a generous, giving heart, and a sense of humor like no other.
To Julie, if you were a friend, you were family. She never met a stranger and was always there for others in their time of need. She coached softball and volunteered at the elementary school. She dedicated time to the bereavement team at church and taught Sunday school. And she found satisfaction working side by side with her husband, in the business they built together.
She was always a star when entertaining, especially at her pool on Stonehaven. And could she ever sing! She loved to color, draw and read, and never missed the morning news or an evening game show. Above all, Julie was most proud to be a mother to her precious daughter, Christina, and wife to her beloved husband, Chris. She stayed devoted to them through it all.
Julie is survived by her husband of 25 years, Chris Keith; her only child and daughter, Christina Keith; her father, Mark Jurkovich; and her siblings, Alice (Charles) Mullins, Tom (Karen) Jurkovich, and Beverly Jurkovich. And many nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom will miss her profoundly.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Theresa Lewis Jurkovich; and her brother, Phillip Jurkovich.
The visitation will be held at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road on Friday, August 5, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. The funeral service will be at Christ the King Catholic Church 3001 Belmont Blvd. on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 12:45 p.m. https://www.woodbinefuneralhome.com
