Judy Ann Kemp, age 76 of Nashville, passed away October 16, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Eugene Kemp; father, William “Ace” Welch; mother, Maude Welch; step-son, Scott Kemp.
Judy is survived by her step-son, Brian Kemp; step-daughter-in-law, Lori Kemp; step-grandchildren, Kevin Kemp, Will Kemp, and Katie Kemp; close friends, Howard Hume, Teresa Whitehead, and Sharon Phillips.
A memorial visitation for Judy will be held at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home Thursday, October 23rd from 2:30pm until 7pm. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Mending Hearts Ministries https://mendingheartsministry.org/.
