Judith Allen Smith, 74, of Nashville, TN, died Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Mary, Queen of Angels from complications of breast cancer and dementia.
Judith was born in Hammond, Indiana December 13, 1947 to Ray and Dollie Manuszak.
She was the oldest of five siblings. She attended St. Cecilia high school in Nashville, TN, and the University of TN, Knoxville.
Judith worked at Cain-Sloan department store as a buyer in her younger years. Later, she worked for several years as a bookkeeper for Robert B. Rogers Architects, Kiwanis Club of Nashville, and St. Mathews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 29 years Terry Smith.
She is survived by her sons: Chris Smith (Tiffiney), Trevor Smith (Alycia), and Jared Smith; her grandchildren: Brooke Goodson (Parker), Ryan Smith, Ariana Gonzalez-Torres, Alex Smith, Georgia Jones, and Terri-Lynn Smith; her siblings: Peggy Buchanan, Scott Manuszak (Cathy), Joe Manuszak, and Mary Richardson (Buist).
Visitation will be held at Marshall-Donnelly-Combs funeral home Monday, June 27, 2022 from 4-7 PM Funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 10 AM at St. Henry Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
