Juanita V. Powers, age 95 of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023.
Preceded in death by husband, Horace G. Powers. Juanita loved her family.
She always enjoyed preparing a meal and having her family over. She was an excellent cook. She always enjoyed working in her yard and especially her flower beds. Her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandchild were the light of her life. She will be greatly missed.
Survived by son, Ronnie Powers; granddaughter, Danica (Ricky, Jr.) Clark; great-grandchildren, Jacob (Layla) Clark, Ellie Clark and Ricky Clark, III; great-great-grandson, Forest Clark.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (visitation Wednesday 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road.
