Jon Mark Smith, age 63 of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, August 4, 2023.
Preceded in death by father, Dr. Jay Smith.
Survived by wife, Jessica Smith; children, Christian Palmer Smith and Katherine Rose Smith; mother, Mary Smith; sisters, Janet (Garry) Sexton, Sandra Smith, Donna (Dan) Seger and Karen (Kevin) Sipes; and brother, Thomas (Kellie) Smith; nieces and nephews, Amanda (Matt) Sevier, Jamie (Mike) Labo, Carrie (Rob) Robinson, Reese and Riley Sipes, Elisa Smith and Brittan (Dennis) Smith; 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted by Michael Whittington on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 12:00 noon at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel, 5852 Nolensville Road. Interment Nolensville Cemetery.
