John Allen Briley, age 95 of Madison, passed away January 2, 2024.
He was a husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. John worked at Dupont for more than 30 years and was a pianist who played backup for many musicians over the years.
Preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy “Dot” Briley.
He is survived by his children, Cathy E. Briley Russell (Bill) of Sevierville, TN, Tammy J. Sides of Franklin, TN, and Tonya Briley Williams (Rickey) of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Christopher Baker (Casey), Jeremy Baker (Cassie), and Ciciley Knight; great-grandchildren, Addison, Avett, Avonlea, and Waylon.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home on Thursday, January 4th, from 4-7 pm. Graveside services will be conducted Friday, January 5th, at 11 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. https://www.phillipsrobinson.com
