JoAnn French-White was born on November 17, 1944 to the parents of Sarah and Frank French in Nashville, Tennessee. She gained her wings and gained eternal life on September 26, 2021.
JoAnn professed a belief in Christ at an early age and united with Hicks Tabernacle Church. She was educated in the Metropolitan Nashville Public School where she graduated from the Historic Pearl High School. She was employed for many years as housekeeper at Lakeshore Homes.
She leaves to cherish her memories her daughter, Theresa Graves; granddaughter, Jewell Graves; grandson, Johnathan Davis; great-grandson, Johnathan Davis III; brother, James (Lillian) French; sisters, Mae French, Mary (Freddie)Wade; nieces, Lori White, Mishelle Stroud; great-nieces, Shonda Wade, Nickie Young; cousin, Angie Bradford; devoted friends, Toni Majors, Tyrone & MeMe Lott; and a host of other relatives and friends.
