Joan Mary Licavoli (Galloway), 73, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026, with the same joy and grace she carried throughout her life. She was born May 22, 1952, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
Joan was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 38 years, Sam Licavoli; her parents, Ruth and George Galloway; siblings Michael Galloway, Peggy Galloway, and Ellen Nagorsen; and brothers-in-law Jim Letorneau and Russ Nagorsen.
She is survived by her siblings Sheila Letorneau, Maureen Galloway, Kathy and Paul Banner, Karon and Lou Szczap, Brian and Jeannie Galloway, Kevin and Jayne Galloway, and Therese and Keith Konnie. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Huffman and Mitch Huffman; her cherished granddaughter, Maitland Huffman, whom she loved dearly; along with many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Joan found happiness in life’s simple gifts—landscaping, walking, caring for animals, and most of all, loving her family. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, joyful heart, and the love she gave so freely.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
