Mrs. Joan Berch Jacobs of Antioch, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, she was 86 years old.
She was born in Cleveland, OH to the late Carl J. and Katharina Held Berch.
Mrs. Jacobs worked as a bookkeeper for Sunbeam Bakery before retiring from Vietti Foods. Her resilient spirit kept her active around her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a faithful member of St. Ignatius of Antioch Catholic Church.
Mrs. Jacobs is survived by her daughters, Janet Chapman and her husband Sandy, Annette Griffin and her husband Robert, and Tracey DeBoer and her husband Doug, 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Blendowski; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, W.C. Jacobs, and seven of her siblings.

Visitation with the family will be Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, September 30, 2022 from 12:00noon until 1:00 pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
