Jeff H. Smith, aka ‘Flaco’, Smitty, Smiffy & Coach, age 57, passed away May 6, 2026.
Jeff was a wonderful husband of 30 years, a loving dad and a devoted son who loved his family. He was a great baseball coach who cared about all his players. He loved his man cave back porch. He loved all his family at The Hat (If you know, you know). He especially loved his ‘Flaco’ family and cherished every special moment spent with them, especially his favorite girl Alexa. God broke the mold when he made Jeff because there will be no other like him. He will be truly and forever missed.
Preceded in death by his mother, Wanda J. Smith. Jeff is survived by his wife, Kelly L. Smith; son, Cody Matthews; aunt, Joan Parmley; cousins, Amy Grisham, David (Christina) Grisham, Julie Pardue, and their children and grandchildren.
