Jack Nelson Kinle, Sr., of Old Hickory, Tennessee passed away on Friday, January 20, 2023.
Jack loved fishing, hunting, the lake, Tennessee Vols football and basketball, but most importantly, Jack loved his family and grandchildren. After graduating from Dupont High School in 1950, he served in the US Air Force. Later, he worked at the Dupont Plant in Old Hickory before starting his career as a Jig Builder, alongside his son, Jack Jr., for Avco/Tect Aerospace where he retired after 39 years.
He is preceded in death by his Daughter, Sandra Kinle Bean; Son, Jack Nelson Kinle, Jr.; and Parents, John and Lucille Kinle.
Jack is survived by his wife of 74 years, Luna “Pearl” Kinle; Son, Michael Douglas Kinle; Grandchildren, Jack Kinle, III (Abi), Jeff Kinle (Vic), Kaleb Bean (Sami), and Tyler Bean (Kendall); and Great-grandchildren, Kendall Kinle, Baker Kinle, Mikhos and Maia.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 25th, from 4 pm to 7 pm and Thursday from 11 am to 12 pm at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home- Hadley Chapel, 1700 Hadley Ave, Old Hickory, TN 37138. A funeral service will be held at Phillips-Robinson- Hadley Chapel Thursday at 12 pm. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens. https://www.phillipsrobinson.com
