Gene Allen Potter, Age 87 of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023.
A US Army veteran, Gene was born in Hickman County, Tennessee to the late Varden Allen Potter and Lettie Lucille Brake Potter.
He was also preceded in death by his beloved grandson, Jonathan A. Churchwell along with several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by loving wife, Willie Arrington Potter; devoted daughters, Wanda (John) Myers and Kimberly Potter (Damon Fargis); granddaughters, Shyanne Melton and Savana (Robert) McVey; great-granddaughter, Peyton McVey; sisters, Ruby Box and Mary Garrett; brother, Raymond Potter; numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.
Visitation will be at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home, 2707 Gallatin Pike on Friday, May 12th from 4 – 8 PM. Service will be held Saturday, May 13th at Spring Hill Cemetery Mausoleum beginning at 11 AM https://www.phillipsrobinson.com
