Fredia Braund, age 92, of Goodlettsville, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
Known for her warmth, kindness, and steady strength, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Her presence brought peace and joy to her family and friends. She was deeply loved, not only for what she did, but for who she was—a constant source of wisdom, compassion, and unwavering devotion. Her legacy of love will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.
Her smile was filled with warmth, kindness, and a quiet understanding that made people feel seen and valued. Whether shared in moments of joy or offered in times of need, it had a way of reaching straight to the heart. That simple, beautiful expression became a reflection of the love they carried within them—a love that will be remembered and cherished always.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Braund; and son Ed Rigsby.
Survivors include her daughter Pat Biggs; and granddaughters Tara (Brian) Johns and Sarah Rigsby.
Visitation will take place at Anderson & Garrett Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 29th from 4pm-8pm and again on Thursday, April 30th from 1pm until the time of Service at 2pm with Rev. Mike Tidwell officiating. https://www.andersonandgarrett.com
