Fred R. Johns, 72, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. He was born on March 15, 1953 in Nashville, Tennessee, to parents, Everette and Stella Jones.
For many years, he worked for CSX Railroad and also as a First Responder. He had a passion for serving and helping people. In his spare time, Fred was a big supporter and fan of the University of Florida “Gators”.
Fred is preceded in death by his father, Everette W. Johns; and his mother, Stella (Jones) Johns.
He is survived by sons, Nick Johns (Jennifer) and Ryan John (Doug Compton); grandchildren, Hailey Johns and Hayden Johns; and sister, Linda Raines. Fred also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
